Happy 3rd Birthday Owen!
Owen is 3 today and I just can't believe it. He is such a fun little boy. He is very bright and boy, does he have a mind of his own...lol. You definitely don't have to worry about him because he will tell you exactly what he wants when he wants. He is also very loving and loves to give hugs and kisses. This year, we wanted to do something special for him, so we spent the Thanksgiving holiday down in Branson. Our Thanksgiving "dinner" was at the Dixie Stampede. On Owen's birthday, we went on the Polar Express! He is a train fanatic so this was a dream come true for him :)
Here we are at the hotel where we are having his little birthday party:

Another Get-Together with the Bowdens
We met up with our old friends again this past weekend. We all met up in Saint Louis to see some of the sites. It was fun to catch up and I know we have more trips planned next year.

Harlem Legends!
The Harlem Legends played on post yesterday. It was quite a great show! They had a Kid Zone before the game with activities for the kids. The Harlem Legends played the Fort Leonard Wood All-Stars, which seemed to consist of a lot of older soldiers, and a few already that had put their 20 years in! One of them was a friend of Jon's in his office!
Here are the boys waiting for the doors to open:
The Harlem Legends!
Of course, in every show...they like to pick on audience members. Whose purse do you think he has here?
Of course, then he pulled me out and forced me to dance. I was just so embarrassed!
They gave me a shirt here.
I was allowed to leave after I gave him a kiss.
Of course, the other ones wanted kisses too.
My red face:
