The District Science Fair

The District Science Fair was today.....and Justin won 1st place in Earth Science! That means that out of 5 schools in the district, in all grades 5th-7th grade, Justin received the highest honor in Earth Science. We went to the awards ceremony (at the time, no one knew who won what), and are just so proud! State is next on April 6-8. Last time, Justin came in 3rd...which was really great and unexpected....I am trying to tell him it is hard to win anything at State....trying to remind him of that! The lady in the grey suit is Justin's science teacher (she was also his 4th grade teacher) Mrs. Campbell. Those other people are from the District.

This is Justin's main teacher for 5 subjects, Mrs. Jones. She is great!
